This year we have two ways of submitting your film.

The 15th annual festival will take place between the 3rd and 14th of October this year. Following the huge success of last year's festival, Flimmer will continue to offer a multitude of films to please anybody who is genuinely interested in cinema. All the films are shown in Norrköping and screened at times and in venues to maximise your enjoyment.

This year the attempt is not only to maintain the quality and variety of last year’s festival but also to make this the festival experience even more memorable. Special for this year is that the festival turns 15, a fragile, but at the same time strong age, inspiring us to think about change and identity. As a 15-yearold the Flimmer program will provoke, be angry or political at some times and others have the sense of pure joy and exuberance. Flimmer 2013 will shine a light on people who dare to question conventions, both characters in films but also filmmakers who use new, creative methods of storytelling.

The main venue with three top modern auditoriums that host the screenings is Cnema, www.cnema.se, which opened in 2011, attracting cinema-goers in Norrköping and the East Sweden region.
